Company Description The Institute of Internal Auditors Philippines, Inc. (IIA-P), founded in 1948, is a non-stock, non-profit organization committed to advancing the internal audit profession in the Philippines and promoting its value to organizations and the wider community. It is the third organization affiliated with The IIA Inc., achieving “Institute” status in 1990, and is a member of the Asian Confederation of Institutes of Internal Auditors (ACIIA) with 17 affiliate organizations across the Asia Pacific region. IIA-P provides a wide range of activities that support the practice of internal auditing, including networking opportunities, benchmarking, and sharing of best practices. The organization also offers learning and development programs on internal auditing, governance, risk management, and internal control, tailored to different position levels and the specific needs of internal audit functions. Applicants joining IIA-P will be part of a professional community dedicated to continuous improvement and thought leadership in internal auditing.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing and Communications role based in Metro Manila. The role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communications plans that promote IIA-P’s programs, events, and initiatives to members, partners, and the broader professional community. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing content for digital and print channels, coordinating marketing campaigns, maintaining the organization’s online presence, and supporting branding activities. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing audience engagement, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective messaging. The successful candidate will help enhance member engagement, support event participation, and strengthen the visibility and reputation of IIA-P.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Market Research for understanding audience needs, trends, and competitive positioning.
- Experience in Marketing Strategy, including campaign planning, branding, and content development.
- Background in Sales and Customer Service to support membership growth, event participation, and partner relations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with professional associations, internal audit, or related fields is an advantage.
