2. About the Opportunity:
The Member Experience Specialist serves as the primary contact for members throughout their recovery journey. This role is essential in delivering compassionate, accurate, and data-driven support to facilitate engagement and satisfaction. The position contributes directly to improving members’ experiences and supports sustained recovery by guiding members through the program and addressing their needs.
3. Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional support to individuals interested in and enrolled in the program.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Resolve basic issues and escalate complex concerns appropriately.
• Facilitate members’ navigation through the program, ensuring clear communication.
• Deliver accurate information about services and policies.
• Follow established procedures to maintain a consistent member experience.
• Educate potential and current members about the program and enrollment.
• Troubleshoot barriers and identify opportunities to boost member engagement.
• Maintain accountability for productivity, engagement, and satisfaction metrics.
• Meet individual and team performance goals.
• Serve as a program and app expert to support members effectively.
4. Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service.
• Preferred familiarity with remote work and ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across chat, email, and phone.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with members and team members.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• $22.50 per hour.
