About the job
To handle disputes on guarantee letters and medical claims and handle ad hoc tasks/ initiatives.
- To handle, respond and resolve disputes and complaints related to guarantee letters and medical claims.
- To handle return of uncovered claim documents/ request for CTC/ copy of claim documents.
- To handle escalation of complicated enquiry or complaint from Call Centre / Customer Service Department.
- Any other task assigned from time to time.
What are we looking for
- A University Degree or Higher Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in service related.
- Possess initiative, good interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
- Good organizational and analytical skills, able to handle and resolve any disputes objectively and in a professional manner.
- Able to work well with the team.
- Maintain high standard of customer service quality in accordance to company's set of standards.
- Resourceful and PC literate.
