About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, personable, and service-oriented Member Success Assistant to join our remote team.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Member Success Manager to ensure every member enjoys a seamless and engaging experience throughout their journey with AMCOB. You’ll support member communications, onboarding, scheduling, engagement tracking, and day-to-day coordination, helping strengthen relationships and deliver exceptional member experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the first point of contact for member inquiries via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.

* Support member onboarding by scheduling welcome calls, sharing onboarding materials, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

* Maintain accurate member records, profiles, engagement history, and interaction notes.

* Coordinate member meetings, orientations, networking introductions, and event schedules.

* Send meeting confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and post-event communications.

* Track member engagement, participation, and feedback to support retention efforts.

* Prepare weekly reports on member activity, engagement trends, and key performance metrics.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and delivery of member services.

* Assist in documenting processes, improving workflows, and supporting member-facing systems.

* Support additional projects and initiatives assigned by the Member Success Manager.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, client relations, administration, membership services, or a similar role.

* Experience working with remote teams is preferred.

* Experience in membership-based organizations, nonprofits, associations, or community-focused organizations is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

* Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM or membership management systems.

* Experience with Airtable, ClickUp, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is an advantage.

* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and member-first mindset.

* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team.

* Professional, empathetic, and service-oriented approach when interacting with members and stakeholders.

Working Hours & Compensation

This is a full-time remote position operating primarily during US Pacific Time (PT) business hours. Applicants should be comfortable working within this schedule and remain flexible during member events and organizational initiatives.
