JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consolidate Report on Master list, less transaction and non-cooperation Merchant and Send to relevant Internal stakeholders
- To work on master list of Merchant and outlet report generating
- Check and follow up Merchant Letter Offer to Sales Team
- Ensure the delivery timeline of POSM stock allocation to branches and offices including packaging
- Daily update report Merchant’s account registration
- Assist on verification and escalation Merchant’s account KYC rejected and accepted status
- Closely work with related department to ensure the SLA of Merchant account upgraded
- Consolidate and escalated all Merchant’s issue to related department for solution provided
- Adhere to process and policies throughout company and other duties assigned
- Perform any other tasks assigned by line manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or related filed
- Minimum 1 year experience as an operations officer, customer service or related skills
- Understanding the products or services that the merchant is offering and how these align with customer expectations
- Ability to communicate with other related stakeholders both internal and external
- Be able to use English, Ms. Excel and Ms Office
