'- Handle and resolve customer complaints related to mobile services.

– Investigate issues and provide timely and accurate resolutions.

– Collaborate with other departments to address root causes of complaints.

– Document and track customer interactions and resolutions.

– Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and trends.

– Collaborate with the Quality Control Team to improve service quality.

– Ensure compliance with customer care policies and standards.

– Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement

– Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

– Experience in resolving customer complaints in the telecommunications industry (typically 3+ years).

– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

– Excellent communication and customer service skills.

– Ability to handle challenging customer interactions.

– Familiarity with mobile services and technical troubleshooting.

– Attention to detail and accuracy.

– Adaptability and a customer-focused mindset.
