What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Intake and verify new cases, ensuring correct information is entered into the system
- Assign and schedule cases to physicians based on various criteria, including location and availability
- Monitor and track cases to ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on cases and resolve any documentation questions
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned based on business needs
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- An Associate's Degree is preferred
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines
- Ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently, and meet specific deadlines
- Computer literacy and typing skills are essential

- Experience in a role related to healthcare or insurance claims processing
- Familiarity with medical documentation and case management processes
- Previous experience in client interaction and support
