Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Night Auditor role located in Zanzibar Urban/West, Tanzania. The Night Auditor will be responsible for managing hotel operations overnight, ensuring exceptional customer service for late arrivals and departures, performing cash handling and reconciliation, maintaining accurate reservation records, and providing efficient front desk services. Additional responsibilities include addressing guest inquiries, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth transition between evening and morning shifts.
Qualifications
- Knowlege of IDS PM
- Experience in Receptionist Duties and Reservations management
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Cash Handling and basic accounting tasks
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is advantageous
- Professional demeanor and ability to multitask under pressure
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
