A strong command of English is required for this position.
Job responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Direct visitors as needed
- Ensure proper office cleanliness
- Support the organisation of meetings
- Actively collaborate with other departments
Required qualifications
- Strong command of English
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Accuracy and sense of responsibility

Work schedule: 22:30–07:30
5 working days per week with 2 days off.
