We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives. No prior experience is required we welcome Fresh Graduates and High School / Senior High School Graduates.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
- Uphold company standards and deliver excellent service at all times.
Qualifications
- High School / Senior High School Graduate or College Fresh Graduate.
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
- No prior work experience required training will be provided.
Compensation & Benefits
