📍 Placement: Teleperformance Indonesia – Solo Grand Mall, Surakarta (On-site)
What You’ll Do:
- Chat with customers and solve their questions in e-commerce with care.
- Handle basic technical issues (we provide scripts!).
- Escalate important matters when needed.
- Hit performance goals (we’ll help you get there!)
- Be part of an International supportive and high-energy team!
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in any field (GPA ≥ 2.75).
- Strong English skills (written & spoken, Level B2 Upper Intermediate – C1 Advanced), tested in recruitment.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, especially night shifts, as we operate following the U.S. business hours.
- Global-minded night owls who thrive in a calm, focused nighttime environment.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Able to type 50+ words per minute is a plus.
- Fast learner, independent, and ready to work.
- Willing to relocate to Surakarta.
- Available to start in May 2026.
