Key Responsibilities

Email and Chat Support

  • Provide top-notch customer support through email and chat channels.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Creative Problem-Solving

  • Interpret customer emails and respond in a creative and personalized manner.
  • Showcase problem-solving skills to address unique customer needs.

Billing Inquiries

  • Review, analyze, and respond to customers' billing inquiries accurately and promptly.
  • Ensure resolutions align with company policies and customer satisfaction.

Flexible Shifts

  • Ability to work in flexible shifts will be an added advantage.
  • Maintain availability to support customers during peak hours.

Preferred Skills

Written Communication

  • Demonstrate excellent written communication skills.
  • Craft responses to customer inquiries with clarity, empathy, and a personalized touch.

Computer Skills

  • Possess solid computer skills, including proficient typing and navigation abilities.
  • Utilize technology effectively to enhance customer interactions.

Platform Proficiency

  • Prior experience with Zendesk and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Navigate and utilize these platforms efficiently to streamline customer support processes.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited college.
  • Proven experience in customer support work via email and chat.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk and Salesforce platforms is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adept at interpreting customer inquiries and providing personalized responses.
  • Great computer skills, including efficient typing and navigation.
