We're looking for a professional and organized Office Manager to join our team in Rabieh, Amman, Jordan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare contracts, documents, and business correspondence.
  • Welcome clients and visitors and provide excellent customer service.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
  • Contact clients to arrange sales team appointments.
  • Provide a brief introduction to the company's services.
  • Maintain organized company files and records.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service is preferred.

🕘 Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
