We're looking for a professional and organized Office Manager to join our team in Rabieh, Amman, Jordan.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Prepare contracts, documents, and business correspondence.
- Welcome clients and visitors and provide excellent customer service.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
- Contact clients to arrange sales team appointments.
- Provide a brief introduction to the company's services.
- Maintain organized company files and records.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous experience in administration or customer service is preferred.
