ABL Funds, with Highest Asset Manager Rating of AM1 by PACRA is licensed as a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) by SECP to provide Asset Management Services, Investment Advisory Services and Voluntary Pension Schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Handle Inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner;

·       Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies;

·       Assist customers in resolution of inquiries, complaints, and/or requests;

·       Efficiently managing customer inquiries, ensuring collaboration with sales and relevant departments, and maintaining precise records of interactions for an enhanced customer experience;

·       Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries received through different channels including WhatsApp chat, email (Contact us), website (Query and complaints);

·       Provide support to the sales team by assisting with customer inquiries related to sales, product availability, account statement etc.;

·       Conduct CBC (Call Back Confirmation) verifications when required for customer transactions and follow established procedures and guidelines to validate customer information;

·       Conduct welcome calls to new investors and providing a brief of our value-added services. Also conduct new account verification as per guidelines.

·       Perform calls to investors to inform them of their expired CNIC;

·       Perform calls on leads sourced from various platforms, offering initial information, and directing them to the relevant sales team;

·       Perform survey and feedback calls on a regular basis;

·       Calls to verify correct addresses for returned couriers from investors and updating records for re-dispatch;

·       To act as a backup and support to the manager/senior manager;

·       Perform any other task assigned by the line management.

Eligibility:

·       Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce or in related discipline.

·       Preferably 01 year of relevant experience, in Financial Sector or Mutual Funds, fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Required Skills:

·       Time management skills

·       Strong interpersonal & communication skills;

·       Effective client management skills;

·       Sound knowledge of ABL AMC & industry’s product offerings;

·       Excellent communication skills in Urdu/English with clear tone of voice
