Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore for an English-speaking Virtual Assistance professional working the night shift. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries. Responsibilities include providing high-quality customer support, documenting interactions, conducting basic research to resolve issues, and escalating complex concerns when needed. The Virtual Assistant will coordinate with internal teams, support ongoing projects, and follow established processes and scripts while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. The role also requires adherence to performance targets, shift schedules, and quality standards, along with participation in training sessions and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written), with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Customer service skills, including empathy, patience, active listening, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Research abilities to quickly gather and interpret information needed to resolve customer queries.
  • Project management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, follow workflows, and meet deadlines.
  • Training experience or willingness to participate in and support training initiatives to enhance service quality.
  • Comfort working night shifts on-site in Lahore and maintaining reliability and punctuality.
  • Proficiency with common office software, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
  • Prior experience in a customer support or contact center environment is preferred but not strictly required.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, communications, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team, adapt to change, and follow company policies and confidentiality standards.

Salary Range: 50K to 100K
