We’re hiring an Onboarding Client Specialist in College Station, TX

This is a great opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys customer onboarding, account setup, data accuracy, systems, and cross-functional coordination.

In this role, the Onboarding Client Specialist will support new client onboardings, account changes, and customer transitions while partnering closely with internal teams across Operations, Supply Chain, and Account Management. This person will play an important role in ensuring each client has a smooth, accurate, and positive onboarding experience.

Location: College Station, TX

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days per week in office

Compensation: $50,000–$56,000 base salary

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and maintaining customer accounts in Salesforce and Microsoft Business Central

• Supporting new customer onboarding processes from setup through transition

• Managing customer and supplier pricing profiles

• Assisting with item setup, updates, and ongoing maintenance

• Handling data uploads and ensuring accuracy across systems

• Supporting large customer onboardings and account transitions

• Pairing new customer locations with preferred supplier partners

• Coordinating supplier changes, expedited deliveries, and account updates

• Communicating updates between customers, suppliers, and internal teams

• Helping resolve account, invoicing, pricing, and support-related issues

• Maintaining accurate documentation, follow-up, and onboarding records

The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform, data uploads, pricing management, account maintenance, Microsoft Office Suite, and intermediate Excel skills.

A background in customer onboarding, client support, inside sales, data entry, customer care, beverage, medical, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments is also a plus.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams will be key to success in this role.
