2. About the Opportunity:
The Online Customer Care III (CRL) role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service to clients by leveraging a thorough knowledge of CRL products. Reporting to the Team Lead, this position is vital in resolving product and service issues, processing orders, and serving as a customer advocate to ensure a seamless experience. The role contributes directly to customer satisfaction and supports operational efficiency within the team.
3. Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to all CRL customers.
• Resolve product and service problems efficiently.
• Process orders accurately.
• Respond to at least 40 emails daily with resolution times between 24-48 hours.
• Convert quotes to orders and handle website pending requests within established service level agreements.
• Maintain timely responses and processing for web orders, customer service files, and new account applications.
• Assist customers with website and system issues through various support modules.
• Issue IT tickets for reporting system functionality problems.
• Respond to dealer requests within 24 hours.
• Support locating orders and reviewing web orders.
• Perform advanced processing tasks including work order revisions, credit memo conversions, and refund reviews.
4. Requirements:
• Minimum of 9 months customer service experience with CRL core products.
• Maintain at least 9 calls per hour over three consecutive months.
• Demonstrated low error rates consistently for three months.
• Proven understanding of core products and entry-level programs.
• Effective problem resolution skills post-sale.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Position pay range is $27 to $35 USD per hour.

2. About the Opportunity:
The **Property Preservation Specialist II** is responsible for managing property preservation activities for the organization’s serviced properties. This role ensures compliance with investor, agency, and state guidelines by coordinating preservation work, monitoring property conditions, and resolving issues such as damages, violations, and evictions. The position supports maintaining property value and regulatory compliance, contributing to the timely resolution of property-related concerns.
3. Responsibilities:
• Manage property preservation orders for serviced properties
• Request and review bids for property preservation and securing services
• Monitor vacant, damaged, and lot-only properties to ensure vendor compliance with guidelines
• Evaluate vendor requests for over-allowables for accuracy
• Respond promptly to escalations and damage alerts from vendors
• Collaborate with Hazard Claims to process and track damaged property claims
• Work with city/county agencies, HOAs, and vendors to resolve violations
• Coordinate with vendors and attorneys to meet HUD conveyance standards for claim submission
• Manage eviction processes by working with foreclosure attorneys and clients
• Prepare and maintain management reports on REO properties, inspections, and preservation status
• Support Property Preservation Specialists I
• Coordinate “Cash for Keys” arrangements with occupants and vendors
• Monitor intercom communications and update notes in the loan servicing platform
• Perform other duties as assigned
4. Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in real estate, default mortgage servicing, property preservation, or home repair services
• Familiarity with state-specific eviction laws and guidelines
• Understanding of investor requirements for property preservation
• Knowledge of mortgage industry business practices or the real estate closing and sale process
• Strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• ICE – MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform) experience preferred
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Compensation range: $17.88 to $26.73 hourly. Actual pay varies based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
