We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and customer-focused Online Store Executive to manage and support the daily operations of our e-commerce store. This role is responsible for product listing, order processing, inventory coordination, customer service, and ensuring a smooth online shopping experience for customers.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of online store platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, website store, or similar).

• Upload, update, and optimize product listings including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.

• Process online orders, coordinate fulfillment, and ensure timely delivery to customers.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse or logistics teams for inventory replenishment.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support via chat, email, or platform messaging systems.

• Track order status, returns, refunds, and exchange processes.

• Support online promotions, campaigns, and digital marketing activities.

• Monitor store performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, traffic, and customer feedback.

• Ensure product information is accurate, updated, and aligned with brand standards.

• Assist in basic content creation for product pages and promotional materials.

• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Identify opportunities to improve online sales performance and customer experience.

✅ Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce, online retail, customer service, or digital operations is preferred.

• Familiarity with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication and customer service abilities.

• Basic understanding of online sales, digital marketing, and e-commerce operations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic spreadsheet tools.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn new digital tools.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or related fields is preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
