Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track daily frontline performance metrics against standard benchmarks to identify and report operational bottlenecks
- Collect, analyze, and organize customer service data into clear reports for management's review
- Conduct service audits and / or surveys to identify common knowledge and skills gaps within the team
- Provide operational support to the frontline team, including but not limited to system health checks
- Manage the procurement, inventory and storage of operational consumables
- Perform other operational duties and ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder and fresh graduates are welcomed, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems or related discipline; associate degree or higher diploma with minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience, or secondary education level with at least 4 years’ work experience will also be considered
- Associate degree / higher diploma, or secondary education level with only 2 years' work experience will be considered as Operation Officer Trainee
- Ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
- Detail-oriented and able to spot minor mistakes and inconsistencies
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application
