We handle international shipments, ocean freight, customs clearance, logistics coordination, and cargo solutions for customers and partners around the world. Our work is fast-moving, detail-oriented, and based on strong communication, responsibility, and personal relationships.
We are now looking for a motivated person to join our team in an Operations & Customer Service role.
About the Role
This position combines daily operations, customer service, communication with shipping lines, agents, suppliers, and customers, as well as follow-up of shipments from booking stage until final delivery.
The ideal candidate does not necessarily need to know everything from day one. What matters most to us is attitude, clear thinking, willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to take responsibility.
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating with people, following up on details, and being part of a team where things move quickly.
Main Responsibilities
The person joining our team will be involved in:
- Supporting always the Team !
- Helping Customers in all their inquiries.
- Coordinating daily Shipment Operations.
- Communicating with Customers, Suppliers, Partners and service providers.
- Following up bookings, shipment status, documents, arrivals, departures, and delivery updates.
- Preparing and checking shipping documents.
- Updating internal systems, files, and shipment records.
- Following up pending issues until they are properly completed.
- Helping maintain smooth communication between all parties involved in each shipment.

- Ability to follow up tasks until completion.
- Experience in Transport, Shipping, Logistics, Freight forwarding will be considered an advantage, but it is not the only factor !
