Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Officer at the Kandy Center. The Operations Officer will manage day-to-day administrative processes, coordinate logistics, and support the overall operational efficiency of the center. They will collaborate closely with team members, analyze operational workflows, ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to financial monitoring and reporting. Additionally, they will maintain communication with stakeholders, oversee resource management, and provide strategic input for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to effectively collaborate and communicate with team members and stakeholders
- Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate operational data and provide actionable insights
- Experience in Operations Management to ensure processes run efficiently and meet organizational goals
- Basic understanding of Finance and the ability to perform financial monitoring and reporting
- High attention to detail, problem-solving, and time-management abilities are essential
- Knowledge of the education consulting or academic services industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience is also valued
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, dynamic environment
