:The **Operations Support Supervisor** leads the Operations Support team to ensure efficient daily operations, workflow management, and task delegation. This role bridges coordinators and supervisors by providing training, support, and resolving issues, directly influencing operational effectiveness and the quality of customer service
.

s:• Oversee daily activities of Operations Support Coordinator
s.• Assign and monitor workloads for timely task completio
n.• Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedbac
k.• Act as escalation point for complex scheduling and customer or field issue
s.• Ensure consistency in data entry, documentation, and communicatio
n.• Collaborate with project managers, field supervisors, and other department
s.• Maintain proficiency in Google Workspace application
s.• Support reporting, KPI tracking, and process improvement initiative
s.• Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedure
s.• Contribute to assignments and projects as business needs evolv
e.
