Role Description The Order Booker is a full-time, on-site role based in the Karachi Division. The role involves visiting existing and potential customers, booking and confirming orders, and ensuring timely communication of orders to the internal operations team. The Order Booker will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order details, and market feedback, while supporting the sales team with demand forecasting and route planning. The position includes regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolving basic service issues, and coordinating with logistics for on-time deliveries. The Order Booker will also monitor competitor activity, identify new business opportunities, and support promotional activities as required.
Qualifications

  • Strong Order Management and Order Processing skills to accurately capture, update, and follow through on customer orders.
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and support client needs professionally.
  • Analytical Skills to review sales data, identify trends, and provide market feedback to support planning and decision-making.
  • Basic understanding of FMCG or food manufacturing sales processes and distribution networks.
  • Ability to work in the field, manage routes efficiently, and meet daily visit and order targets.
  • Proficiency in maintaining records (paper-based or digital) and using basic office or mobile applications.
  • Minimum intermediate/college-level education; prior experience in sales or order booking in FMCG or related sectors is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work collaboratively with sales, operations, and logistics teams.
