The Order Processor is responsible for the preparation of quotations and ordering of spares, liaison with freight companies, stock control and asset registration, Co-ordination with Head quarter and Customer.

We Can Offer You The Following Tasks

  • Responsible for processing of spare parts enquiries, which includes floating enquires to suppliers / head quarter, preparing offers to customers and creating purchase orders to suppliers / head quarter in ERP system like SBO.
  • Processes service related spare parts orders & engine components.
  • Preparation of sales quotations for workshop, onboard service and spare parts by adhering to all Everllence compliance guidelines.
  • Follow ups, coordinates with logistics department and suppliers for timely delivery of spare parts and engine components
  • Coordinates with Everllence ES Product HQ’s for delivery of quotations and parts.
  • Coordinate with Sales team and customer.
  • Creating delivery in system and raising invoice in system against delivery documents. Invoice submission to customer through portal.
  • Analyzes sales activities and customers enquiries and prepare reports periodically. (Enquiry to offer, Offer to order conversion reports)
  • Visits customer in the sales region whenever it is required.
  • Ensures timely and accurate preparation of quotations.
  • Follow ups with freight companies
  • Controls delivery dates in sales orders through coordination with Everllence ES Product HQ’s
  • Maintains accurate records of all transactions.
  • Handles miscellaneous queries from customers.
  • Follow up on customer payments, outstanding invoices and dunning activities to ensure timely collection and healthy cash flow management

You Can Help Us With These Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or Marine Engineering
  • Saudi nationality
  • Strong engine knowledge with commercial acumen and experience in spare parts sales
  • Proficient in ERP systems, including SAP Business One and PrimeShop
  • Good proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English
