Position: OTIP Bilingual Benefits Services Agent
Location: Southwestern Ontario
Become an integral part of OTIP as a Bilingual Benefits Services Agent, where you will support members by resolving their benefits-related inquiries. This call center role emphasizes customer satisfaction and effective communication.
As you report to the Assistant Manager, Benefits Services, you will navigate inquiries from members regarding their health and life benefits. Responsibilities include educating members on OTIP’s offerings and efficiently resolving complaints. Your bilingual proficiency in English and French will enhance the experience for every caller.
Key Responsibilities:
• Educate members on OTIP’s services and benefits
• Document member complaints and follow up for solutions
• Assist with claims adjustments and inquiries
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records
• Provide timely responses to member emails
Requirements:
• College diploma focusing on insurance practices
• Minimum one year in a call center role
• Strong knowledge of health and dental insurance
• Impeccable time management skills
• Bilingual in English and French required
