BASE SALARY PLUS BONUS!
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with Marketing and Sales Directors to establish sales goals
- Measures outbound call center performance; communicates goals and quotas to team; and encourages and motivates marketers as they work toward reaching their goals and quotas
- Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients
- Educate prospective clients on products and services
- Maintain record of client contact information
​Qualifications:
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage an outbound call center team
- Previous experience in sales or other related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Google Workspace or related software to prepare reports and measure performance
Pay: $60,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
