What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Resolve inbound and outbound service calls regarding collateral protection insurance coverage and related inquiries
  • Research, verify, and update loan insurance information while documenting account history accurately
  • Refer complex questions or client complaints to appropriate resources to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform time-sensitive account maintenance before and after processing cycles
  • Prepare and mail insurance policies, proof of insurance requests, and paid certificates to clients

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma or equivalency required
  • Minimum of 0-6 months of data entry, call center, or related experience; insurance or banking experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and telephone etiquette skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate a computer and basic office equipment, typing at least 40 WPM accurately

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in a call center or telemarketing environment
  • Familiarity with insurance or banking processes
  • Additional certifications related to customer service or financial services
