Key Responsibilities:
• Develop thorough knowledge of our services and facilities
• Welcome and assist visitors with inquiries
• Collaborate with service teams for streamlined operations
• Perform daily duties at the customer service desk
• Manage gift card sales and financial reconciliations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Intermediate proficiency in English
• Availability for various shifts
