Position: Part-Time Guest Experience Concierge Role
Join Rocky Mountaineer’s mission to provide world-class guest service as a part-time Guest Experience Concierge. You’ll be the go-to person for assisting travel needs in stunning rail settings.
In this role, you will engage with guests at various locations, ensuring their travel experience is memorable from start to finish. The Guest Experience Concierge (GECO) is responsible for checking guests in, coordinating their requirements, and maintaining exceptional service standards. Your ability to problem-solve and communicate with our internal teams will make a significant impact on guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct train check-ins and issue boarding passes
• Address special and mobility guest needs
• Accurately log guest inquiries using CRM tools
• Coordinate with teams to resolve guest issues
• Uphold cleanliness at guest facilities
Requirements:
• Background in tourism or hospitality preferred
• Valid Driver’s License class 5 AB/BC an asset
• Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills
• Physically fit to handle lifting duties and outdoor work
