Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Part‑Time Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for students, families, and visitors. This role is essential to creating a positive experience at Big Brainbox and supporting daily front‑desk operations.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and supporting a busy education environment.
What You'll Do
- Greet students, families, and visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to basic questions about programs and schedules
- Assist with class and camp check‑in and check‑out
- Handle emails and basic administrative tasks
- Support customer service needs calmly and professionally
- Keep the front desk and reception area organized and welcoming
- Communicate with instructors and staff to support daily operations
- Handle confidential information responsibly
