Partner Portal Support Specialist
Join our team as a Partner Portal Support Specialist, located in Richmond Hill, ON / Waterloo, ON / Dallas, TX. This 1‑year onsite contract emphasizes client relations and technical troubleshooting, operating four days a week.
In this role, you will be the main point of contact for partner portal inquiries, providing first‑line support and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. Your responsibilities include managing user access, tracking trial orders, and supporting demo environments. Collaborate across teams while maintaining a partner‑first mindset with explicit communication and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for all partner portal inquiries
- Triage requests, troubleshoot access, and resolve issues
- Manage partner onboarding and profile enablement
- Process trial and demo orders from initiation to completion
- Maintain accurate case documentation and communications
Requirements
- Post‑secondary degree in Business or related field
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
- High attention to detail in managing priorities
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and Service Now
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes
