Job Description
A parts advisor helps customers choose the right vehicle parts and keeps control of stock for customer needs and workshop use.
Strategic
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Arranging Parts for Customer Vehicles of Repair Order and Retail customers.
- Preparing Stock order based on Parts Movement.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly and monthly Report.
Operational
- Maintaining an accurate inventory, ordering parts for Workshop and Retail customers, billing parts onto repair orders, and reconciling inventory on a monthly basis.
- Implementation of 5'S.
People Management
- Customer Satisfaction.
Product/Process Improvement
- Implementing the systems and Procedures as per company policy.
Qualifications
Education & Certifications:
- Diploma/Graduates.
Knowledge & Skill
- Skilled in Professional and Personal Competence.
- Good communication skills in English, Arabic, Tamil, Malayalam & Hindi.
Experience
- 5 to 10 Years Experience in Auto Industry.
