What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Answer incoming and returning calls promptly
- Respond quickly to patient inquiries and provide program-specific information
- Schedule and reschedule patients to the appropriate clinic using various EMR systems
- Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills
- Assist with other duties as directed by supervisors
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or call center preferred
- Lived addiction experience is a plus
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
