2. About the Opportunity:
The Patient Success Specialist plays a key role in supporting patients through their healthcare journey by providing reliable assistance and ensuring a positive experience. This position serves as the main contact for patients'' non-billing inquiries and collaborates with internal teams to improve service quality, directly contributing to patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
3. Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for patients with non-billing-related questions.
• Provide updates on test statuses and assist with patient portal access.
• Coordinate redraws for blood samples as needed.
• Manage inbound calls and live chats to offer timely support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve patient concerns.
• Maintain detailed patient interaction records using Salesforce CRM.
• Identify and escalate issues for prompt resolution.
• Participate in process improvements to enhance patient experience.
4. Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and standard office software.
• Empathetic, patient-focused approach to service.
• Experience in customer service, healthcare, or related fields is advantageous.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Remote USA $24.46—$30.58 USD per hour.
• Actual compensation depends on individual skills, experience, certifications, and location factors.
