Job Summary
We are seeking 10 dedicated and professional Phone Call Operators to join our growing team. This is a remote position where you will communicate with students and clients over the phone, provide information about our services, answer inquiries, and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make and receive phone calls professionally.
- Communicate with students, parents, and clients in a polite and friendly manner.
- Explain the organization's courses and services clearly.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain communication records.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Work closely with the support and marketing teams to achieve organizational goals.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Skills Required: Computer Literacy, Fluent in English, Communication and interpersonal skill
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency,Public Relation Companies,Financial Consultants
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla.
- Clear pronunciation and a confident speaking style.
- Good listening, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Responsible, punctual, honest, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently from home with professionalism.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online communication tools will be an advantage.
- A stable internet connection and a quiet working environment are preferred.
