About the Role
Khush Aamdeed is looking for courteous, energetic, and service-oriented individuals to join our Airport Operations team as Porters. The ideal candidate will assist passengers with their luggage while delivering a professional and welcoming customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with baggage handling and transportation.
- Escort passengers within the airport as required.
- Provide basic guidance and assistance to travelers.
- Ensure safe handling of passengers' luggage.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
- Coordinate with airport operations staff to ensure smooth passenger service.
- Follow company policies and airport safety procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICOM/ICS or equivalent).
- Basic communication skills in Urdu and English.
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift luggage.
- Customer service-oriented with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work in rotational shifts.
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or airport operations will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
