In this role, you will take ownership of Clio’s digital customer success strategies, working closely with operations and cross-functional partners. Your mandate includes managing retention and adoption initiatives, enabling seamless digital experiences for our SMB customers. This is an opportunity to impact customer value significantly through data-driven actions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day digital customer success initiatives
• Document and manage playbooks for program governance
• Report on program metrics including engagement and NRR
• Partner with internal teams for aligned customer education
• Develop and execute large-scale engagement programs
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in program management or customer success
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Totango
• Strong analytical skills for report generation
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
• Passion for AI tools in enhancing customer success
