Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring guests have an exceptional stay across assigned properties. This role focuses on guest experience coordination, post check-in follow-ups, issue resolution, and ensuring that all hospitality standards are consistently delivered. The role acts as the main operational point of contact for guests, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
The role also includes handling a dedicated company mobile phone to communicate directly with guests, respond to calls and messages, and ensure real-time support throughout the guest journey.
At Local Host you will:
- Carry and actively manage a dedicated company mobile phone to receive and respond to guest calls and messages in real time.
- Contact guests shortly after check-in to ensure their comfort, satisfaction, and overall experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, complaints, and requests during their stay.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest issues, ensuring resolution to the highest possible satisfaction level.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with guests through phone, messaging platforms, email, and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to resolve guest issues quickly and efficiently.
- Follow up on ongoing guest cases to ensure timely resolution and closure.
- Gather guest feedback and report insights to management to support continuous improvement.
- Ensure that all properties meet Local Host hospitality standards before and during guest stays.
- Support smooth communication between guests and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- Assist in handling escalations and urgent guest situations when required.
- Contribute to improving guest experience processes and operational efficiency.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management or relevant field
