Role Description
This is a full-time role located in Taguig (McKinley Hill, McKinley West & Uptown Bonifacio area). As a Property Specialist for Megaworld at The Fort under Megaworld Corporation, the role involves assisting clients with their real estate needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property presentations, building and maintaining client relationships, managing property listings, facilitating property transactions for residential and achieving sales targets through strategic market engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their inquiries
- Experience or knowledge in Residential Real Estate
- Sales skills to meet and exceed performance targets
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to manage multiple property transactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while adapting to a hybrid work environment (on-site is around 3-5 times a week only)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
