Position: Prospr by Sun Life Insurance Associate
Help clients achieve financial security as an Insurance and Wealth Associate with Prospr by Sun Life. This position involves client support, financial planning, and continuous professional development in a hybrid work setting.
In this dynamic role, you will assist new and existing clients by addressing service needs and guiding them toward licensed Prospr Advisors. Effective communication and outstanding customer service skills are essential for success. You’ll actively engage in client interactions and manage processes like claims, opportunities for financial planning, and service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address calls from existing Prospr clients to fulfill their needs
• Conduct outbound calls for service requests and new opportunities
• Manage and fulfill outstanding death claims processes
• Support clients entering the Prospr platform via chat
• Build rapport and trust through effective communication
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in a call center or telephone service
• Knowledge of financial services industry
• Proven relationship building and problem-solving skills
• Availability Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
