Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Customer Service role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Customer Service professional will handle client inquiries, provide property information, and support prospective buyers and tenants throughout the sales and leasing process. Daily tasks include responding to phone, email, and in-person requests, booking and confirming property viewings, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and property details. The role involves coordinating with sales and real estate development teams, assisting in preparing basic documentation, and following up with clients to ensure a positive experience. The individual will also help resolve issues, gather feedback, and contribute to improving customer service processes within the real estate function.
Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, with the ability to explain property features and terms clearly to clients.
  • Customer Service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and maintaining a professional and helpful attitude.
  • Familiarity with Real Estate Development and Sales processes, supporting teams in lead follow-up and client conversion.
  • Effective communication skills in spoken and written English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, manage multiple client requests, and maintain organized records and documentation.
  • Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or customer support tools is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or sales is preferred but not strictly required.
