Position:
We are looking for a friendly, organised Receptionist to join our busy team here at Edwards Ford in Salisbury.
As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience while supporting other departments with administrative duties.
Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer service role is essential.

Requirements:
- To deal with all incoming telephone calls and customers in a quick, efficient and courteous manner.
- Create a positive professional relationship with all customers, colleagues and staff to provide them with the finest customer service and satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Managing any incoming or outgoing mail.
- Contacting customers ahead of their appointments.
- Using inhouse systems to help prepare job cards for customers.
Hours
Monday – Tuesday 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. & Wednesday's 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
