Receptionist / Guest Relations Coordinator

On behalf of one of our clients in the tourism and hospitality industry, we are looking for a dynamic, organized, and customer-oriented Receptionist / Guest Relations Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, coordinating daily accommodation operations, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role plays a key part in maximizing bookings, strengthening the property's brand image, and ensuring outstanding service standards.

Location: Lalzi bay, Durres, Albania

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reservations through platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, direct bookings, and social media channels.
  • Maintain accommodation availability, pricing, and booking policies across all reservation platforms.
  • Recommend seasonal offers and accommodation packages based on market demand and guest preferences.
  • Oversee the entire reservation process, from confirmation to completion, including payments and related documentation.
  • Coordinate smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure villas/rooms are prepared according to quality standards before guest arrival.
  • Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards across the property.
  • Report operational issues promptly and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Build strong guest relationships by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring high guest satisfaction.
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement, guest loyalty, and the property's overall reputation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, accommodation management, front office operations, or digital marketing.
  • Excellent command of English (additional languages are considered an advantage).
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and basic content creation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and sales skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for hospitality, tourism, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
