Job Description
- Oversee and manage regional customer service operations, ensuring seamless order processing and fulfillment.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and finance, to optimize end-to-end order management processes.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing customer service team across the region.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Drive initiatives to enhance digital transformation within the customer service function.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Regional Customer Service Director (Supply Chain) should have:
