Role Description The Relationship Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Pakistan, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of individual and business banking customers. The position involves building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and recommending suitable banking products and services such as deposits, loans, and digital solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, handling account opening and documentation, resolving service issues, and ensuring timely follow-up on queries and requests. The role also includes achieving assigned sales and service targets, supporting branch operations by coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. The Relationship Executive is expected to deliver a high standard of customer experience while contributing to the branch’s overall performance and reputation.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer relationship management and client service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Sales and cross-selling capabilities in retail and/or business banking products, including deposits, lending, and digital banking solutions.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional presentation.
  • Basic financial analysis and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and transaction handling.
  • Familiarity with banking operations, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards within the Pakistani financial sector.
  • Comfort with digital tools and core banking systems, and ability to guide customers in using digital channels effectively.
  • Intermediate, FA, FSc or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field; relevant banking certifications are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in branch banking would be preferred or customer-facing financial services roles is preferred. Fresh Intermediate Graduates can also apply.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with branch and regional teams.
