Job Purpose:
Branches Network Relationship Officer is responsible for marketing and selling the bank’s products and services through direct and cross selling techniques while maintaining a high-quality service. In addition to developing relationships with customers and ensuring that their profiles are up to date
.
Key Responsibilitie
s:
• Identifies customer needs and fulfils it with proper bank’s products or servic
es.• Handles customers’ requests/inquiries related to their accounts, products and services in a professional manner and serves all customers regardless of segment up to the level of their full satisfacti
on.• Promotes and sells the bank’s products and services to achieve the yearly set targe
ts.• Ensures that brochures are up to date and in pla
ce.• Carries and handles efficiently custody items, keys as per custodian matrix and relevant policies and procedur
es.• Uses cross-selling techniques with Suez Canal Bank existing custome
rs.• Adheres to Branch Operating Mod
el.• Ensures that customers’ profiles are updated through implementing the KYC principle (Know Your Customer
s).• Migrates customers to various channels (ATM, online Bankin
g).• Carries out any task requested by the Relationship Manager and the Branch Manag
er.• Makes calls upon request to Suez Canal Bank existing clien
ts.
Job specificat
ion:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Fin
ance.• 1 – 3 years of experience in customer service or any related field of
work.
