Summary
We are looking for a dependable Remote Call Center Associate to join our growing remote team. In this role, you'll connect with prospective customers, provide helpful information, and schedule appointments for licensed professionals across the United States. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, working toward daily goals, and delivering a positive customer experience. Responsibilities
- Complete 350–450 outbound calls each day using our CRM and cloud-based dialing platform.
- Engage prospective customers with professionalism, enthusiasm, and excellent communication.
- Explain the purpose of each call and answer general customer questions.
- Schedule appointments accurately using internal booking and calendar systems.
- Follow established call procedures while maintaining natural and engaging conversations.
- Record customer interactions, appointment details, and call outcomes within the CRM.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and appointment-setting targets.
- Participate in virtual coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
- Support additional customer outreach and operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong English verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused phone presence.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable computer or laptop, smartphone, and stable high-speed internet connection.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity from home.
- Previous experience in call centers, customer support, outbound calling, appointment setting, telesales, customer service, or contact center operations is a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and commitment to delivering excellent service.
