Summary

We are hiring a Remote Call Center Recruiter to help identify and connect with qualified candidates through high-volume outbound calling. This role combines recruiting, candidate engagement, and interview coordination to support a fast-paced hiring team. You'll conduct phone screenings, evaluate applicants, schedule interviews, and ensure candidates receive a professional and positive hiring experience from the first conversation through the interview process.

Responsibilities

  • Place 150–250 outbound calls daily to prospective candidates using company-provided leads.
  • Conduct phone interviews to evaluate qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit.
  • Present available career opportunities while answering candidate questions accurately.
  • Qualify applicants according to established hiring standards and recruiting guidelines.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between qualified candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain organized and accurate candidate records within the CRM and applicant tracking system.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview details and hiring progress.
  • Meet daily recruitment activity goals while maintaining quality candidate interactions.
  • Support additional recruiting and administrative functions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote setting.
  • Reliable computer, mobile phone, stable electricity, and both primary and backup internet connections.
  • Previous experience in recruiting, call center operations, customer support, staffing, inside sales, or talent acquisition is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, applicant tracking systems, or scheduling software is an advantage.
