Summary
We are seeking a motivated Remote Candidate Calling Specialist to support our recruitment team through high-volume candidate outreach and phone screening. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for prospective applicants, introducing career opportunities, evaluating qualifications, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers. Responsibilities
- Make 150–250 outbound calls daily using company-provided candidate leads.
- Conduct structured phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and job interest.
- Clearly explain available positions and answer candidate questions with professionalism.
- Evaluate applicants using established hiring criteria and recommend qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews while coordinating availability with hiring managers and recruiting staff.
- Accurately document candidate interactions and update records within the CRM and applicant tracking system.
- Follow up with applicants regarding interview confirmations and hiring updates.
- Meet daily outreach, screening, and interview scheduling goals while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Perform additional recruitment support and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong phone communication, active listening, and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls in a goal-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities.
- Reliable computer, mobile phone, stable electricity, and primary and backup internet connections.
- Previous experience in recruiting, customer service, staffing, call center operations, appointment setting, sales, or human resources is preferred but not required.
- Experience using CRM systems, applicant tracking software, or recruitment tools is considered an advantage.
