Summary

We are hiring a Remote Candidate Coordinator to support the recruitment team by managing candidate communication, conducting initial qualification calls, and coordinating interviews. In this role, you'll help create a seamless hiring experience by guiding applicants through the early stages of the recruitment process while ensuring all candidate information is accurately maintained. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, people-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Make 150–250 outbound calls daily to prospective candidates using company-provided lead lists.
  • Conduct structured phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and interest.
  • Provide applicants with clear information about available positions and the hiring process.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between qualified candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate profiles and activity records within the CRM and applicant tracking system.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview confirmations and hiring updates.
  • Monitor candidate progress throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely communication.
  • Meet daily screening, scheduling, and recruitment activity goals.
  • Assist with additional recruitment coordination and administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound phone calls each day.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
  • Reliable computer, mobile phone, stable electricity, and primary and backup internet connections.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, customer service, administrative support, call center operations, or human resources is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, applicant tracking systems, or scheduling software is a plus.
